Balsamic Steak with Grilled Corn Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb sirloin
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
4oz Shakerag blue cheese
1 bag salad mix
2 corn cobs
5 Tbs balsamic vinegar (split)
2 Tbs each of fresh basil and parsley
1 lemon, zested
1 clove garlic
Directions
Marinate meat for a minimum of 30 minutes in the fridge.
While the meat is marinating, broil oven on high, to corn add oil, salt, and pepper, place on sheet tray and roast until lightly charred.
Finely chop herbs, zest lemon, mince garlic, and mix.
Halve cherry tomatoes, slice onion, roughly chop salad greens, and crumble blue cheese, then set aside.
Let the corn cool, then cut off the cob.
Heat cast iron to med-high, add steak to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on both sides.
Let steak rest 5 min and slice thin.
Toss everything together with half the dressing and top with steak.
