Ground Cherry Crostini

Ingredients
2-3 cups ground cherries
3-5 TBSP olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup cubed goat cheese
2 TBSP fresh rosemary, chopped
8-12 slices rustic bread
Directions
Take the husk off of the ground cherries and rinse them off in cold water.
Arrange on a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 400 F. Drizzle and coat with olive oil; season with salt + pepper.
Put the cherries on the top rack of the oven. Roast for 20 mins. While they roast, lay the bread slices on the bottom rack and cook to desired toastiness.
Remove cherries from the oven. Add goat cheese and rosemary to the bread. Season to taste with salt.
Spoon roasted ground cherries onto bread and enjoy.
